At Epoframes, we take great pride in delivering high-quality custom products. Because each piece is made to order and personalized, we follow a specific returns policy to ensure clarity and fairness.


🔄 Can I return or exchange my custom product?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.


📦 What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.

💳 Refunds

If approved for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Refunds may take a few additional days to appear on your bank or credit card statement depending on your provider.


📌 Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your product may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.


🚚 Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery time, contact us and we’ll work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
